Introduction

Welcome to One Click Travel JA, your go-to vacation rental property service in Jamaica. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Booking and Reservations

1. Reservation Confirmation
   • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by One Click Travel JA.
   • A booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email from us.
2. Payment Terms
   • A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
   • The remaining balance is due 30 days before your check-in date.
   • Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer.
3. Cancellation Policy
   • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
   • Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date will forfeit the deposit.
   • No-shows or early departures will not be refunded.

Property Use

1. Occupancy
   • The property is to be used solely for vacation purposes and is limited to the number of guests agreed upon at booking.
   • No parties or events are allowed without prior written consent from One Click Travel JA.
2. Conduct
   • Guests are expected to maintain the property in good condition and respect neighbors.
   • Any damage caused by the guest will be charged to the guest.
3. Check-in and Check-out
   • Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 11:00 AM.
   • Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Liability

1. Guest Responsibility
   • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and safety during their stay.
   • One Click Travel JA is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests.
2. Force Majeure
   • One Click Travel JA is not responsible for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government actions.

Privacy

1. Data Collection
   • We collect personal information necessary for booking and providing our services.
   • Your data is securely stored and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
2. Cookies
   • Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience. By using our site, you agree to our use of cookies.

Amendments

One Click Travel JA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
